returns and refunds

if something arrives wrong, we make it right.

what we cover

anything that is on us. the wrong item, a printing defect, damage on the way to you. email a photo to hello@soft-rebellion.co within 30 days and we will send a replacement or a full refund. you do not need to ship anything back.

your first order, if the size is off

you cannot try it on before you order, and we know that. so on your first order, if the size is not right, email hello@soft-rebellion.co within 30 days and we will send the same design in the size you need. no return needed and no cost to you.

it is one swap per customer, on a first order, and it needs to be the same design in a different size. keep the first one, or pass it to someone who will love it.

what we are not able to cover

after that first order, because every tee is printed just for you, we cannot take returns for a change of heart or offer further size exchanges. there is a full size chart on every product page, and if you are between sizes, email us before you order and a real person will help you choose.

we also cannot cover shrinking from hot water or high heat. garment-dyed cotton is happiest washed cold and dried low, and the care notes are in the faq.
