Refund Policy
At Sass and Humor Tees, we want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we've got your back.
We'll Issue Refunds For:
- Items we sent incorrectly (our bad!)
- Damaged or defective products (nobody wants a tee with a mystery stain or wonky print)
The Timeframe
You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund. After that, we can't help those are the rules, not us being difficult.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@sassandhumortees.com with your order number and a quick description of what went wrong. We'll take care of you from there.
A Friendly Reminder
We can't offer refunds if your tee shrunk because you ignored the care instructions and tossed it in a hot dryer like a rebel. Please follow the washing and care instructions that come with your order to keep your gear looking fresh.
