How long will my order take to arrive?

Each tee is made to order, so it takes a few days. We get it printed and on its way within about 7 business days, and once it ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Most orders land within 9 to 12 business days, and you will see that range at checkout, before you pay anything.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $50 ship free. Under $50, a flat $4.90 shipping rate applies. Either way, it gets to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We ship within the United States for now, with more on the horizon.

What if I order more than one piece?

Printed and embroidered tees are made in different places, so if you order both they may travel separately and arrive on different days. You will get tracking for each one.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves us, so you can follow it the whole way.

I placed my order but haven't received a confirmation email. What's up?

Check your spam or junk folder first, since our emails sometimes land in the wrong place. Still nothing? Email hello@soft-rebellion.co and we will sort it out.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because each tee is made to order, it goes into production quickly, so we cannot promise changes once an order is placed. Reach out as soon as you can at hello@soft-rebellion.co and we will do our best before it hits the print queue.

Product & Print Quality

What are your tees made from?

Comfort Colors 1717, a heavyweight, garment-dyed 100% ring-spun cotton tee. A few heather shades use a cotton blend for softness and shape. It is soft, breathable, and broken in from the very first wear.

Why this blank and not a cheaper one?

Because you can feel the difference. The 1717 is heavyweight and garment-dyed, which is why the colors look lived-in rather than printed on, and why it drapes instead of standing away from you. A lighter tee costs us less and would cost you the whole point.

Will the print crack or fade over time?

Not if you treat it gently. Our prints are made to last. The usual culprits behind cracking and fading are hot washes, high-heat drying, and ironing straight onto the design. Follow the care notes below and your tee will hold up for a long time.

Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?

Our tees run from S to 3XL, in a relaxed, slightly oversized fit. If you are between sizes, size up for roomier. There is a full size chart on every product page.

I am between sizes. Can someone just tell me which to pick?

Yes, gladly. Email hello@soft-rebellion.co with the size you usually wear and how you like a tee to sit on you, and a real person will tell you which one to order. No bots, no form. It is usually the same day.

Care & Washing

How do I care for my tee?

Wash it the way you would treat yourself, gently. Garment-dyed cotton can shrink a little, around 3 to 5%, on the first wash if it meets hot water or high heat, so keep things cool.

The rules:

Cold water is your friend.
Cold water and a mild detergent. Hot water is for tea, not tees.

Go easy on the spin cycle.
Turn it inside out before washing and drying, so the print stays put.

Air-dry when possible.
Air dry when you can. If you tumble dry, keep it on low and leave heavy items like jeans and towels out of the load.

Iron with care.
Iron inside out on low heat, and never directly on the design.

Garment-dyed cotton is meant to soften and settle with every wash. Let it.

Returns & Exchanges

What if the size is wrong on my first order?

We will send the right one, on us. You cannot try it on before you order, and we know that. So on your first order, if the size is not right, email hello@soft-rebellion.co within 30 days and we will send the same design in the size you need. No return needed and no cost to you. It is one swap per customer, on a first order, and it needs to be the same design in a different size. Keep the first one, or pass it to someone who will love it.

Can I exchange a size after that?

After your first order we are not able to offer size exchanges, because every tee is printed just for you. That is also why we would rather help you get it right up front. Email us before you order and we will talk you through the fit.

What is your return policy?

If something arrives wrong, we make it right. Because each tee is made to order, we cannot take returns for a change of heart, but if the problem is on our end, we will fix it. Reach out within 30 days at hello@soft-rebellion.co.

My item arrived damaged or there's a print defect. What do I do?

That one is on us. Email a photo of the issue to hello@soft-rebellion.co and we will send a replacement or a full refund. No return shipping needed.

Can I return a sale or discounted item?

Our standard policy applies to sale items too. If one arrives wrong or defective, we will make it right.
